2. Biometric Protection (Face ID / Touch ID)

Brightspots may use the biometric authentication available on your device to protect your records. This feature is optional and must be enabled by the user.

• Biometric data (Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode information) is processed securely by your device using Apple’s system frameworks.
• Brightspots does not have access to, collect, or store any biometric data.

3. Data Storage

Your data lives locally on your device’s secure storage.

If you uninstall the app, reset your device, or delete its data, your entries will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

4. Your Control

Because all data stays on your device:

• You fully control your information.
• You can delete your data anytime by removing the app.

5. Children’s Privacy

Brightspots is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect data from children.
